Pain Relief and Inflammation – Red Light Therapy Study

A 2022 peer-reviewed literature review published in the European Journal of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine confirmed that photobiomodulation therapy (red and near-infrared light) reduces pain intensity across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Evidence supports its effectiveness for knee pain, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, temporomandibular disorders, neck pain, and low back pain.

Red light works by reducing inflammatory markers at the cellular level and promoting tissue repair without the side effects associated with medications.
